Refund policy

Vacay Vue offers free shipping on all orders across India. We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays), and orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and deliver, depending on your location.

All items must be unused with original tags attached, and only purchases made within the last 7 days are eligible for return or exchange. If you'd like to initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help!
