Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise if the product you’ve received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If you want to return any product, which is either damaged or not as per your original order, you need to contact the Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. In case of a product that has a manufacturing defect, the product needs to be exchanged within 7 business days. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. In either of cases, pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of by Vacay Vue Lifestyles Private Limited.

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received and that your refund has been issued. From this time, it takes up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.
