What is the return policy?
All items must be unused with original tags attached, and only purchases made within the last 7 days are eligible for return or exchange. If you would like to initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team and we will be happy to help.
When will I get my order?
We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays), and orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to process and deliver, depending on your location.
What if my bag arrives damaged or not as ordered?
Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Products with a manufacturing defect need to be exchanged within 7 business days, with original tags attached. Pick-up and delivery are taken care of by Vacay Vue Lifestyles Private Limited.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is checked in at our warehouse, we will email you to confirm it has been received and your refund has been issued. It takes up to 3 business days to show up in your account. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.
